In relation to travel insurance, Hastings Direct's activities are limited to introducing customers to Columbus Direct. The issuance of cover and quotes are processed by Columbus Direct and their terms and conditions of business will therefore apply. Your future servicing requirements in respect of travel insurance will also be dealt with by Columbus Direct.
